I met coach Keith and coach Eric  at a meet in Albany Georgia then met again in at the Georgia state championship meet. Coach Eric then ask me to run summer track with Quicksilver track club.

At first I kind of blew it off but eventually joined the quicksilver team. Looking back at it now that was literally a life changing experience. It was life changing for a few reasons, it taught me a lot about the sport of track and field, also taught me discipline, how to properly warm up for a meet, and more importantly it gave me a lot of exposure. Being able to travel around the U.S. and run meets as a high school athlete is a big deal. It prepared me for college, I was able to adjust to collegiate running a lot better. Quicksilver really help lay the foundation for my track career. I am honored to be a ambassador for quicksilver and will always represent quicksilver.
