2015 USATF Junior Olympics National qualifier Christian Jones-McNair was recently named Georgia Athlete of the Week! QTC’s 15 & under aged athletes continue to put up strong performances. Jada Burbridge posts an impressive jump of 14 feet, & 3 inches, which was good enough to take first place in the 11 & 12 year old girls long jump.  On the boys side, Brandon Clagette led the way with spectacular performances in the 200 meter dash and long jump. 

Our age 14 & under athletes continue to post strong performances in their Parks & Recreation season. In the long jump, Brandon Clagette leaped to a mark of 18 ft 1/2 inch. That jump was good enough to win the Boys 13-14 long jump, and set a new meet record. Also in the long jump, Jada Burbridge leaded to a mark of 14 feet & 3 inches. Burbridge’s jump was good enough to take first place in the girls 11-12 Long Jump and set a new Cobb County Youth Track League record. The meet was held at Campbell High Schoool on April 4th.
